Very poor company and to contact avoid

spam merchants - complete waste of time I wonder why any company would bother with unsolicited mailing especially for expensive products - just fills up my recycler

Exceptionally poor quality service. The firm fails to deliver API calls and over reports API calls made, failing to engage with technical teams on request.

Receiving spam mail from removers and I'm not moving. Called twice and they don't return my calls. Tried to to do an online request to remove data and it doesn't work. Terrible company

Spam letters about moving house even sending a newspaper cutting about a company advertising removals. The company they advertised recently also received a lot of bad press in the media with some branding them “a scam”. If your going to send spam marketing at least advertise reputable companies!

I'm not moving house, still getting spam from movers. Any company paying for their incorrect information is wasting their money.

Having received a load of spam I called one of the companies and found out where the details had come from. Not only had the companies paid TwentyCi for leads the information was totally incorrect. Apparently someone I've never heard of and has never (as far as I'm aware) lived at my address, is selling my house and moving in the near future..nope, load of rubbish. If you're looking for a trustworthy source of marketing data, these guys clearly aren't the place to find it

I've worked for TwentyCi for more than 5 years and have found them to be an impeccably helpful employer during my time. I have gone through a divorce while part of the TCi team (not related to my work!) and was supported hugely during that event, and the stress and emotion which it inevitably involved. It's such a good place to work, with a great team of people, that I have willingly commuted 100 miles each day.

Pedlars of misinformation. Any company relying upon them for accuracy should stir well clear or they maybe making unsolicited approaches, which could potentially cause concern and worry to potential customers and as a result damage their businesses. I know this as I have been targeted by a business that has purchased their information from TwentyCi. I got quite a shock to learn that my farm was “for sale” from a personalised mail shot. How they gather false information like this, they couldn’t tell me. An apology hasn’t been given nor can they say how far this misinformation has gone. Accuracy and privacy isn’t their strongest suit!

TwentyCi have been friendly and supportive, marketing data experts for my company and I, in all my dealings with them. They have unique data sets especially around homemovers. Therefore highly recommended.
