I went to Milton Keyenes physio with an extreme pain in the back and the person that attended me just gave me some Pilates exercise but didn't treat the pain with a massage which is what I was expecting. £40 for some Pilates postures!!

I visited Emma with 3 trapped nerves in my neck, which gave me numbness in my fingers and pins and needles from my elbow down. It was really painful. She listened to everything, and gave me some really good stretching out of neck and shoulder exercises. Which I followed religiously. One day, I just noticed I was pain free, with no pins and needles. Fantastic!! I feel great, and back to my old happy self. Thankyou Emma, you are Amazing!
